Assist Your Paws?

Assist Your Paws is our dedicated careline available anytime, all year round, to Petinsurance.ie customers. Through this service, we offer a listening ear when it is most needed and can answer general pet-related queries. This includes giving diet and nutrition tips, behavioural and training advice, or help with seasonal questions around fireworks anxiety and Christmas stress, as well as tips for keeping your pet cool in summer.

Our dedicated team can also provide support for pet loss, as a friendly and understanding voice on the other side of the phone. There is no cost for this service apart from your standard phone rate. What’s more, contacting our careline doesn’t count as a claim. You can find the careline contact details in your policy wording document.
